hanoi, vietnam + vlog

hanoiearlier this month, i had a quick trip to hanoi, vietnam. though it was for a personal business reason who am i if i don’t try to make the most out of it? (aka lots of vietnamese coffee and pho) airasia flight to hanoi was around 4,500 thb roundtrip from bangkok and it took about an hour fourty minutes to get there.

i wanted a hotel in the city center where everywhere was easily accessible by feet hence after some research we decided on hanoi elegance diamond hotel in the old quarter. i have to say it was the perfect choice both regarding the hotel and the location. it’s a small boutique hotel but don’t let the size get to you. the service in this hotel is equivalent, or even surpasses those of five star big chains. the staffs were so attentive and friendly – they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. it was around 2,000 thb per night with breakfast included and i’m pretty sure you can’t find such value in this price anywhere else. i couldn’t recommend this place enough!

i couldn’t be more thankful to have survived the unexpected cold and the cray cray road crossing experience of hanoi. enjoy my travel vlog!
