now, it’s quite rare for me to find a cafe that i immediately fall head over heels with. it usually goes like if the place is really nice the food doesn’t quite live up to its expectation or vice versa. but the beautiful emmie’s has done it, i think i may have officially fallen in love. okay now, let these pictures speak for itself and tell me the clean, white & green and airy interior doesn’t make you get the feeeeeels.
this tree was probably my favorite part. out of place, but so perfect as it is. why cut down a tree when you can let it poke out of your dining table and up to the second floor? brilliant!
yep, that’s the tree i was talking about.
that woven chair, the airy white curtain, the wall of green plants with stream of natural light filling up the room. let’s take a moment to appreciate the fleeting presence of this perfect moment.
now, i know it isn’t christmas yet and this meal isn’t technically a “christmas roast” per se but i mean in the spirit of festivity let’s just call it that shall we?
after all there was that half chicken roast on the table..
at this point i was on the verge of hanger-attacking anyone and everyone around me; so it could be that but all the dishes were amazing. obviously i can’t speak for the chicken since i only had the veggies in it but i mean, the veggies tasted great so the chicken must’ve been even better!
